By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, selecting a product or variant, or making a pre-booking payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, Booking & Refund Policy , Shipping & Delivery Policy and Warranty & After-sales Information .

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not submit an enquiry, make a payment or use a transactional feature of the website.

2. About Us and Our Brands

Suranya Global Pvt. Ltd. is a company incorporated in India. It operates and supports brands including SOLVOLT, covering electric mobility and energy solutions, and SOLTRACK, covering cycling, fitness and active living.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law to make a booking or purchase. Where a transaction is made for a company, institution or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act on their behalf.

4. Product Information

• We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, colours, images, features and battery configurations accurately.
• Product images are illustrative. Actual colour, finish, accessories or appearance may vary due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing updates or selected variants.
• Specifications, features, stock and availability may change due to product development, manufacturer updates or regulatory requirements.
• Customers should confirm the final selected model, battery, colour, specifications and included accessories before completing final vehicle payment.

5. Prices, Variants and Offers

• Prices may vary according to scooter model, battery configuration, colour, location, taxes and other applicable charges.
• Where a “starting from” price is displayed, it refers to the applicable base variant. The final price depends on the selected configuration.
• Delivery, registration, insurance, accessories, installation or other charges may be additional unless expressly included.
• Promotional offers are subject to their stated period, conditions, availability and stock.
• If an obvious pricing or technical error is identified, we may correct it before final order confirmation.

6. ₹5,000 Pre-booking and Payment

• The customer must select or provide the scooter model, battery configuration, colour, quantity and required contact information.
• Online payments are processed through the authorised payment gateway. Suranya Global does not directly store complete card, UPI PIN or internet-banking credentials.
• A payment is considered successfully received only after verification of the payment status and payment reference.
• A payment screenshot or WhatsApp message alone does not constitute verified payment.
• Customers should retain the payment ID, booking reference and receipt for future communication.

7. Booking Verification and Confirmation

Successful payment initiates a pre-booking request. The booking is treated as confirmed only after payment verification, availability review and issuance of a booking reference or confirmation by Suranya Global or its authorised representative.

WhatsApp or email confirmation should mention the verified payment or booking reference. An enquiry or unverified WhatsApp communication is not a confirmed booking.

If payment succeeds but the customer does not complete the post-payment form, Suranya Global may contact the customer using information made available through the verified payment record.

8. Delivery and Additional Charges

Delivery timing depends on the selected model, variant, stock availability, destination PIN code and operational conditions. Any stated delivery period is an estimate unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Delivery charges, taxes, registration, insurance, accessories or other applicable charges may be communicated and collected separately. Full details are available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy .

9. Cancellation and Refund

The ₹5,000 pre-booking amount is non-refundable except where a refund is expressly required under applicable law or where Suranya Global is unable to process or fulfil the booking under the conditions stated in the Booking & Refund Policy .

10. Warranty and After-sales Support

Product and battery warranty coverage, duration, conditions and exclusions are governed by the applicable written warranty documentation supplied with the product. Website content does not extend or replace that written warranty.

11. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully or submit false, misleading, fraudulent or abusive information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, servers, payment systems or another user’s information.
• Introduce malware, interfere with website operation, overload systems or misuse forms and services.
• Copy, resell or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

12. Intellectual Property

The Suranya Global, SOLVOLT and SOLTRACK names, logos, product images, designs, written content and other intellectual property belong to Suranya Global Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates or applicable licensors.

Content may be viewed for personal and legitimate business enquiry purposes. Reproduction, alteration, distribution or commercial use requires prior written permission.

13. Third-party Services and Links

The website may use or link to services such as payment gateways, WhatsApp, social-media platforms, delivery providers or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current information, uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from technical errors cannot be guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Suranya Global will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
